What are the office hours?

The office hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What are the access hours?

The access hours are seven days a week, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Am I required to store long-term?

We offer flexible month-to-month lease options, so you can store with us for as short or as long as you need.

How do I pay my storage bill?

You can pay your storage bill by cash, check, or using a debit or credit card. Additionally, you can discuss autopay options with your facility manager.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID, is required.

What items am I not allowed to store?

You cannot store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, or combustible items or liquids.

What is an Onsite Manager?

An on-site manager is a person present at a specific location to oversee daily operations, manage staff, handle customer interactions, and ensure the facility's smooth functioning.

What type of security does your facility offer?

Our facility is enclosed by a 11+ foot cement wall. The only access to the facility is through an electric, pass-code protected security gate, which is locked to all entry between 7PM and 7AM. We have an on-site Resident Manager at all times. Security video cameras are on 24-7 recording all activities within the compound.

Do you provide locks for the units?

No. You must provide a lock yourself. If you need a lock, we sell high-quality locks in our office.

Are there any laws or restrictions regarding what I can store?

California State Law prohibits the storage of live animals, perishables, liquids, flammable liquids, explosives, fuel, toxic materials, or other items requiring a controlled environment.

Do you insure my property & goods?

We want your belongings to stay safe! Please note we do not carry liability
insurance for your property and are not responsible for damage caused by
events beyond our control, including fire, water leaks, vandalism, natural
disasters, rodents, or insects. For peace of mind, we recommend insuring
your items. More information is available in the office, including coverage
options through Storsmart Insurance. If it's worth storing, it's worth
insuring!

When is rent due?

Rent is due on or before your anniversary date each month.

Can I share my access code with friends/family?

You should never share your access code with anyone for security reasons.

Should I notify you if my address or phone number changes?

Yes.
